Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship orders within the continental United States only. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on demand, carrier delays, holidays, or production backlogs.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
Our products are fulfilled through print‑on‑demand partners and third‑party carriers. Shipping methods (Standard, Economy, Priority) and carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) depend on the product and fulfillment location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and product type. Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Shipping Insurance / Loss or Damage

  • We work with third‑party fulfillment services to deliver your order. Most carriers provide a level of basic tracking and liability for loss or damage, but coverage varies by carrier and service.
  • At this time, shipping insurance (coverage for loss, theft, or damage in transit) is not automatically included by default through the carrier. 
  • If you have purchased shipping insurance for your order through your carrier or shipping platform, you will see that indicated in your order details.
  • If your order arrives lost or damaged, please contact us at support@growinggardens.store with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or insurance provider.

Shipping Delays
Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, etc.) are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
